- Executive Presence & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a high-visibility ambassador for the organization, maintaining a sophisticated professional demeanor when interfacing with senior partners, executive leadership, and high-value external stakeholders to align on mission-critical hiring initiatives
- Recruitment Leadership & Mentorship: Directly manage and coach a team of talent partners, fostering a high-performance culture focused on modern sourcing techniques and goal attainment
- Executive & Stakeholder Partnership: Consult with department heads and project leads to assess staffing gaps, refine candidate profiles, and ensure recruitment efforts align with long-term business objectives
- Position Specification & Strategy: Oversee the creation and optimization of job profiles, ensuring they are competitive, accurate, and tailored to attract specialized professional talent
- Multi-Channel Talent Sourcing: Execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to find passive candidates via niche networks, digital platforms, and industry-specific associations
- Candidate Journey Management: Design and maintain a world-class candidate experience that reflects the organization's values, ensuring clear communication and a professional atmosphere from first contact to offer
- Logistics & Operational Coordination: Oversee the administrative aspects of the interview process, including complex scheduling, travel coordination for out-of-area prospects, and associated expense management
- Onboarding & Integration Support: Collaborate with the HR team and department managers to streamline the transition from "candidate" to "employee," promoting high engagement during the first 90 days
- University & Early-Career Outreach: Direct the strategy for campus relations and internship programs, building sustainable partnerships with academic institutions to capture emerging talent
- Pipeline Engineering: Proactively cultivate "ready-now" talent pools for high-impact and technically demanding roles across consulting, engineering, and professional services
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to track recruitment health (efficiency, cost, and quality), presenting regular updates to the executive team on process improvements
- Regulatory Compliance & DEI: Ensure all hiring practices meet legal standards and proactively advance the organization’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field is highly preferred
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in full-cycle recruiting, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity
- Sector Expertise: Previous success hiring for complex and niche industry specific roles
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced digital sourcing tools
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present complex data or sensitive information to executive leadership and external stakeholders
