HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT DRIVER IN OAK CREEK, WI
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Driver to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This individual will be responsible for operating forklift safely and efficiently, loading and unloading trucks and containers, and much more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma, proven experience as a Forklift Operator, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures, excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to perform basic math. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $22/hour 
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 2pm to 10:30pm
  • Located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack) to move products, equipment, and materials
  • Load and unload trucks and containers
  • Stack and store merchandise in designated locations, ensuring proper rotation and inventory control
  • Inspect product loads for accuracy and damage and report any discrepancies or issues
  • Move and stage products for outbound shipments
  • Perform routine pre- and post-operation inspections on the forklift equipment and maintain accurate logs
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including ensuring proper stacking of product
  • Comply with all safety regulations, company policies, and procedures
  • Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counts
  • May be required to perform manual labor tasks as needed, such as picking/packing or general warehouse duties

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Forklift Operator
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Basic math skills and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Must meet and E-verify, drug test and STA back ground
