HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ROMEOVILLE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Romeoville, IL.This individual will be responsible for supporting customer and distribution center operations through strong communication, accurate reporting, and timely coordination of daily service needs. The ideal candidate will possess office experience, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $19.50/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12 am
  • Located in Romeoville, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service support for distribution center operations
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, customers, and management
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records using Microsoft Office tools
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track, update, and analyze operational information
  • Assist with coordinating daily shipping and receiving needs as required
  • Support workforce coordination and communication in a diverse team environment
  • Ensure deadlines are met and priorities are managed effectively
  • Collaborate with team members to support overall facility success
  • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous office or administrative experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office automation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Experience managing and leading a diverse workforce preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively
  • Knowledge of distribution center operations preferred
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time efficiently
