- Starting at $17/hour
- Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Located in Richmond, TX
- Call Management: Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and poise.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions to ensure total satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to established communication procedures, company guidelines, and documentation practices.
- Active Listening: Utilize effective listening skills to understand customer concerns and address them during the first point of contact.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Care or Call Center environment is required.
- Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong phone handling capabilities and the ability to navigate computer systems simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Utilities sector is highly preferred and will accelerate the training process.
