Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $17/hour
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
  • Located in Richmond, TX

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Call Management: Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming customer calls with professionalism and poise.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions to ensure total satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to established communication procedures, company guidelines, and documentation practices.
  • Active Listening: Utilize effective listening skills to understand customer concerns and address them during the first point of contact.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Customer Care or Call Center environment is required.
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong phone handling capabilities and the ability to navigate computer systems simultaneously.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the Utilities sector is highly preferred and will accelerate the training process.
