HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN ROMEOVILLE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our client in Romeoville, IL. This role supports distribution center operations by providing professional customer service, administrative support, and data management. The ideal candidate has prior office experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting strict deadlines. Apply today and get started quickly!
Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $19.00/hour, paid weekly
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Location: Romeoville, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide professional customer service support via phone, email, and internal communication channels
  • Maintain and manage data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of management and internal teams
  • Support distribution center operations through accurate documentation and reporting
  • Assist with coordination and follow-up on customer requests and operational needs
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service expectations and deadlines
  • Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in all tasks
  • Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior office or customer service experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office automation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and meet strict deadlines
  • Knowledge of distribution center operations preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
