HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FREEZER RECEIVING SUPERVISOR IN LACEY, WA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Freezer Receiving Supervisor to join our team in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for supervising Receiving Department associates and clerks while ensuring sanitation, productivity, and quality standards are met within a freezer warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse leadership experience, WMS knowledge, and the ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced distribution setting. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $38.54/hour
  • Full-time schedule
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Located in Lacey, WA

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise associates in the Receiving Department and Receiving office clerks
  • Assign duties and schedule breaks, work hours, and vacations
  • Conduct periodic employee evaluations in accordance with HR policies
  • Assist warehouse supervisors and associates with policies and procedures
  • Follow up on customer concerns, discrepancy reports, and resolutions
  • Ensure proper sanitation practices throughout the warehouse and offices
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Maintain quality and productivity standards across the department
  • Support business needs with schedule flexibility

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong warehouse supervision experience required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce
  • High level of computer and WMS system literacy
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Self-starter with the ability to implement warehouse data entry programs
  • Wholesale industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
