HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SAFETY / LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER IN MINOOKA, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Safety / Loss Prevention Manager to join our team in Minooka, IL. This individual will oversee facility safety, loss prevention, maintenance coordination, and employee training to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have warehouse leadership experience, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced distribution environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $25/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Must be flexible to work any shift as needed, including overtime, evenings, and weekends
  • Located in Minooka, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee housekeeping and cleanliness across all warehouse and dock areas
  • Conduct facility inspections, diagnose issues, and initiate corrective actions
  • Plan and schedule routine maintenance and establish work priorities
  • Supervise maintenance staff (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • Train employees on theft prevention and loss prevention procedures
  • Supervise day-to-day Loss Prevention and Security Operations
  • Lead new hire safety training and provide ongoing refresher training
  • Provide Powered Material Handling Equipment certification and training
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, OSHA, GMP, SSOP, FDA, and related regulations
  • Maintain training documentation and regulatory compliance records
  • Coordinate with HR and leadership to ensure training programs remain current
  • Assign duties, issue instructions, and inspect work for completeness
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of warehouse experience with working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, SSOP, OSHA, FDA, and related regulations
  • Powered Material Handling Equipment “Train the Trainer” certification preferred
  • Knowledge of Loss Prevention programs and security operations
  • Strong organizational and document control skills
  • Proficiency in Windows-based computer applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills
  • Minimum of 18 months of post-high school education/training in maintenance or related field preferred
  • Two years of general maintenance experience with ability to identify electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues
