HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR IN FALL RIVER, MA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Fall River, MA. This individual will be responsible for supervising daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facility needs are handled efficiently, and leading maintenance staff to support a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior maintenance leadership experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage schedules, priorities, and team performance. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $31.25 to $36.06/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule
  • Located in Fall River, MA

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and work orders
  • Lead and support maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
  • Troubleshoot and repair facility and equipment issues as needed
  • Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are followed and documented
  • Monitor maintenance priorities to minimize downtime and support production needs
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
  • Train, coach, and support maintenance team members
  • Communicate maintenance updates, concerns, and needs to management
  • Assist with ordering parts, tracking inventory, and maintaining maintenance records
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a maintenance leadership role required
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance environment preferred
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work a full-time schedule
