HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MIXING CENTER LOGISTICS MANAGER IN NAZARETH, PA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Mixing Center Logistics Manager to join our team in Nazareth, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all scheduling and operational planning for inbound and outbound perishable food shipments, ensuring seamless warehouse flow and exceptional service. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $29.80/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Schedules are determined by operational volume and regional needs. Weekend availability is required 
  • Located in Nazareth, PA

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee all schedules related to Mixing Center warehouse operations supporting inbound and outbound grocery/perishable shipments.
  • Monitor all loads being received and ensure appointments are assigned to the correct doors.
  • Optimize inbound delivery plans, consolidation freight mix, and outbound load utilization.
  • Ensure all inbound PO orders meet Supply Chain specifications and service expectations.
  • Lead daily operations meetings, including holiday planning and exception management.
  • Implement and enforce WCD Supply Chain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure full compliance with FSMA regulations and all World Class Distribution policies.
  • Maintain accurate inbound/outbound shipment reporting and system updates per SOP.
  • Track and monitor carrier performance and service KPI data.
  • Provide functional guidance and daily direction to Mixing Center associates.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations and ongoing coaching.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a diverse workforce across all shifts.
  • Exercise strong judgment, quick thinking, and effective problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to work across all shifts, including off-hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven leadership experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong adaptability and ability to manage exceptions in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual a plus.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract, compile, and interpret data.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to support additional locations.
  • Minimum 2+ years as a Warehouse Manager or related role; grocery/perishable food handling required.
  • Minimum 5 years in management, supervisor level or higher.
  • Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to traverse all warehouse areas.
  • Ability to work in varying temperature environments typical of distribution centers.
