Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Care Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients by delivering clear information, resolving account inquiries, and managing daily communications with professionalism. The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent, minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center environment, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $15.00/hr
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
  • Located in Houston, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Serve as the frontline contact handling phone-based inquiries and outreach to resolve client matters efficiently.
  • Account Navigation: Walk clients through their account details, explaining services and updates with clarity.
  • Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong de-escalation techniques to handle sensitive or challenging client scenarios calmly and professionally.
  • Written Correspondence: Draft clear, professional emails to coordinate with internal departments and respond to external clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our workflows and services to provide accurate, reliable support.
  • Autonomy & Teamwork: Drive individual daily metrics independently while contributing positively to the overall team dynamic.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Call Center Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center environment.
  • Recent History: Must have held a professional customer care or call center role within the last 2-3 years to ensure familiar, up-to-date industry skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal articulation and professional written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
