HIRING IMMEDIATELY: KITCHEN SANITATION SUPERVISOR IN PALMDALE, CA
We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to oversee and support sanitation operations in our kitchen and cheese production facility. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $60,000 to $68,640/yearly
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 1st shift schedule
  • Located in Palmdale, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support sanitation staff to maintain a clean and safe facility
  • Ensure equipment and production areas meet food safety and quality standards
  • Maintain sanitation schedules and required documentation
  • Monitor and correct sanitation deficiencies
  • Train team members on safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
  • Keep production areas, aisles, break rooms, restrooms, and offices clean and organized
  • Participate in daily startup meetings and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications a plus
  • 2+ years of sanitation or food manufacturing experience (leadership preferred)
  • Ability to work in refrigerated environments (32–36°F)
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional overtime
  • Able to lift 25 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Sanitation, food safety, or HACCP certifications.
