Job Description
- Supervise and mentor a team of Data & Trend Analysts, ensuring high-quality performance and accurate outputs.
- Analyze large datasets with precision, identifying trends, patterns, and insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop and deliver polished presentations, including visualizations (graphs, charts, tables), to clearly communicate findings.
- Collaborate with leadership to align team efforts with organizational objectives.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency throughout analysis and reporting processes.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and present data effectively.
- Translate complex data into actionable recommendations across the organization.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and strong organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of data analysis.
- Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis or reporting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Experience working with large datasets and developing actionable insights.
- Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
- Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
- Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to work in a distribution environment with varying temperatures.
- Ability to safely work around/with heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a fast-paced environment.
- This position may require occasional travel, subject to business needs. Employees should be prepared to travel for meetings, training, or other work-related events as necessary.
