HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PROJECT MANAGER
Location: Greater Chicagoland Area (Remote)
Travel: Approximately 80% within the Chicagoland area
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction and restoration to lead and oversee projects from start to finish. This role involves managing residential and commercial restoration projects, coordinating field operations, and ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and close out residential and commercial restoration projects on time and within budget
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors throughout each project
  • Leverage hands-on construction or carpentry experience to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety
  • Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate and Symbility software, ensuring compliance with insurance and industry pricing.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime
  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that could impact timelines or outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, restoration, or carpentry
  • Software: Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members
  • Certifications: IICRC and OSHA certifications preferred
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the Chicagoland area (approximately 80%)
