HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PM LOADING SUPERVISOR IN IRVING, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a PM Loading Supervisor to join our team in Irving, Texas. This individual will be responsible for managing warehousing and loader associate activities. The ideal candidate will possess 2 years of experience in the area of warehouse management, ability to lift up to 10lbs, high level of computer and WMS system literacy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to be a self-initiator and communicate with all levels of management. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $47,500
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • schedule will vary to meet operation needs
  • Located in Irving, Texas 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervision of checker/loader associates and maintaining cleanliness
  • Ensure the efficient operation of all phases of loading and check-in
  • Work closely with Route Operations and Yard Goat to ensure all product and equipment needs are met on time
  • Set daily workload schedules that will efficiently manage the department
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of the loading area to maximize efficiencies and output
  • Select, hire, and train associates to operate and maintain all equipment ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency
  • Maintain facility organization and cleanliness in route loading and product storage areas
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in the area of warehouse management
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs
  • High level of computer and WMS system literacy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to be a self-initiator and communicate with all levels of management
