Job Description
- $70,304/year, paid weekly
- All shifts available
- Location: Roseville, CA
- Advise and support Distribution Center management on all HR-related matters
- Partner closely with the DC Manager on employee relations and temporary staffing needs
- Coordinate and oversee performance management programs to ensure expectations and policies are followed
- Facilitate effective communication across all employee levels
- Work with on-site temporary agencies to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Serve as backup support for payroll and employee benefits processing
- Investigate and respond to employee complaints and EEOC charges
- Implement and enforce company HR policies and procedures
- Monitor the Distribution Center environment and report concerns to management
- Complete and submit unemployment documentation and represent the company at hearings when needed
- Support safety programs and administer Workers’ Compensation processes
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist and supervisory experience
- Experience with recruiting (direct hire and temp), benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and Workers’ Compensation
- Prior HR experience in a warehouse, distribution, or production environment strongly preferred
- Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR-related systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred, with college-level reading, writing, and speaking ability
