Job Description

- Located in Hialeah Gardens, Florida
- Provide strategic direction and hands-on management across the Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, and Human Resources departments.
- Ensure all departments operate efficiently and in compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
- Implement and monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee the accounting team in handling general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
- Supervise inventory control processes including stock management, order accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Ensure optimal warehouse operations including logistics coordination, space utilization, and on-time delivery performance.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain functions to improve operational efficiency.
- Directly oversee the Human Resources Coordinator, ensuring the smooth execution of key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and performance management.
- Ensure that all HR activities and policies are in full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and industry’s best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR Coordinator to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for any HR-related issues, providing guidance and support in resolving employee conflicts or complex HR matters.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the CEO on departmental performance, risks, and key initiatives.
- Support the CEO in executing strategic plans and cross-functional projects.
- Serve as a central communication link between departments and executive leadership.
- Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring accountability, performance, and professional development.
- Promote a collaborative, results-driven culture across all departments.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews and identify training and development needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in office, operations, or department management, including direct supervisory experience across multiple business functions.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, HR practices, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
