HIRING IMMEDIATELY: REACH TRUCK / PICKER IN PIPERTON, TN
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Reach Truck / Picker to join our team in Piperton, TN. This individual will be responsible for operating reach truck equipment to pick, move, and stage product accurately and safely throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess prior reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
  • Schedule: 1st Shift
  • Benefits: Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Location: Piperton, TN

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate reach truck equipment safely and efficiently
  • Pick and transport product to designated staging and shipping areas
  • Perform order picking and product movement throughout the warehouse
  • Verify product accuracy and follow pick lists or RF scanning instructions
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and inventory movement as needed
  • Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report issues immediately
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Maintain clean aisles, pick locations, and work areas
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous reach truck experience required
  • Order picking experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to safety and accuracy
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift as needed
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality required
