HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PICKER / REACH TRUCK OPERATOR IN PIPERTON, TN
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Picker / Reach Truck Operator to join our team in Piperton, TN. This individual will be responsible for operating a reach truck to pick and move product throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous reach truck experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $18/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 1st shift schedule
  • Located in Piperton, TN

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate reach truck equipment safely and efficiently
  • Pick and stage orders accurately
  • Move and store product within designated warehouse locations
  • Perform inventory checks and verify product quantities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous reach truck operating experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines
