HIRING IMMEDIATELY: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST IN KATY, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Katy, Texas. This individual will be responsible for reconciling vendor statements, managing expense reports, and generating reports to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess Netsuite experience, 2-4 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, and much more listed below. Apply online and kickstart your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $25/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
  • Located in Katy, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities
  • NetSuite ERP Management: Enter, code, and process high-volume vendor invoices and credit memos within NetSuite.
  • Invoice Processing: Verify accuracy of invoices by matching against purchase orders and packing slips (3-way match).
  • Payment Execution: Schedule and process payments via check, ACH, or wire, ensuring vendor terms are met and early-payment discounts are captured.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor master files, including W-9 forms, payment terms, and contact information.
  • Reconciliation & Month-End: Reconcile vendor statements, investigate discrepancies, and assist with month-end accruals and expense reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and tax regulations (e.g., 1099 processing).

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Netsuite experience is required
  • 2–4+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite Accounts Payable Software is often required.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups), and high accuracy/attention to detail.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to manage workflow efficiency and prevent fraudulent payments, according to NetSuite.
