HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DATA ENTRY CLERK IN LYONS, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Lyons, IL.This individual will be responsible for accurately collecting and entering data, managing appointment scheduling, and ensuring information is verified for accuracy. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and able to operate within multiple online portals. Apply online and kickstart your career today!

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $15 to $17/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required
  • Located in Markham, IL (training in Lyons, IL)

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurately collect and enter data into computer systems
  • Proofread critical information such as VINs and addresses
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook for daily tasks
  • Operate within industry-specific online portals
  • Answer incoming phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
  • Ensure data accuracy to prevent errors in operations
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work occasional Saturdays as needed
