Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Allentown, Pennsylvania. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all products and services meet established quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This role oversees quality control operations within the warehouse, ensuring consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all processes. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $60,000-$63,000
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 3rd shift
  • Located in Allentown, Pennsylvania

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Quality Control department across all shifts
  • Supervise warehouse product inspections to ensure quality assurance standards are met
  • Prepare and maintain quality documentation and reports, including analysis of failed processes, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
  • Communicate professionally with clients via email regarding quality matters
  • Enforce established quality standards and procedures throughout the facility
  • Manage and maintain quality inspection programs for incoming and in-process materials
  • Monitor, enforce, and continuously improve the HACCP program
  • Maintain working knowledge of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
  • Ensure all quality assurance procedures are properly implemented and followed
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Promote and evaluate adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Follow all applicable food safety and sanitation requirements
  • Ensure workplace safety, production, and sanitation standards are consistently met
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes to maintain a high level of customer service
  • Support operational excellence by enforcing policies and procedures
  • Assign employee duties and manage scheduling, including breaks, shifts, and vacations
  • Conduct employee performance evaluations in accordance with HR policies
  • Assist warehouse supervisors and associates with policies, procedures, and daily operations
  • Address customer concerns and complaints by reviewing discrepancy reports and implementing resolutions
  • Foster positive client relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure quality and productivity goals are consistently achieved
  • Maintain flexibility to work various shifts based on operational needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse or operations leadership

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience implementing and supervising warehouse data entry systems
  • High level of computer proficiency, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Some college coursework preferred, or equivalent experience in warehouse supervision
  • Experience in the wholesale or distribution industry preferred
  • Some college-level education in management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or as a Production/Warehouse Supervisor
  • Working knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP principles
  • Relevant certifications preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Work is performed in a warehouse/distribution center environment
  • Must be able to work in varying temperature conditions
