HIRING IMMEDIATELY: DRY SUPERVISOR IN TOLLESON, AZ
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dry Supervisor to join our team in Tolleson, Arizona. This individual will be responsible for providing supervisory support to the Dry Department and assisting in other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator, high level of computer and WMS system literacy, and some college level training is preferred. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $50,000-$52,000/year
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required 
  • Located in Tolleson, Arizona

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervises the associates in the Dry Department, Receiving, and office clerks of the warehouse.
  • Assigns duties to employees and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedules and performs periodic evaluations of  employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies.
  • Assist other warehouse floor supervisors and associates in warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job duties. 
  • Follow up on customer concerns/complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and resolutions to restore and promote good public relations with the client. 
  • Overall responsibility for the supervision of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse/offices.
  • Supervises the practice of seal policies placed on loads. 
  • Promotes a positive work environment while also being a team builder
  • Work closely with staff to ensure that quality and productivity requirements are maintained and communicated to each associate.
  • Must be flexible and able to work any shift in support of business needs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and supervise all warehouse data entry programs as directed by the Office Manager
  • High level of computer and WMS system literacy
  • Some college level training is preferred but not necessary so long as there is experience in warehouse supervision and some experience in the wholesale industry preferred
