HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE IN TACOMA, WA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Associate to join our team in Tacoma, Washington. This individual will be responsible for loading and unloading materials from various containers, inspecting and monitoring the quality of materials picked from production lines, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $21/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule 
  • Located in Tacoma, Washington

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Carry out all job duties with a primary focus on personal safety and the safety of coworkers.
  • Load and unload materials from various containers such as trucks, conveyors, racks, and pallets using the appropriate tools and equipment.
  • Inspect and monitor the quality of materials picked from production lines and staged in the yard.
  • Accurately document and track material movement in accordance with plant standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through proper housekeeping practices.
  • Support machine operators as needed, including assisting with die and raft changes.
  • Comply with all safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned by a supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company policies, rules, and regulations.
