Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Office Coordinator to join our team in Plattsburgh, New York. This individual will be responsible for managing professional correspondence with high-level email etiquette and maintaining organized spreadsheets in Excel, serving as a confidential point of contact for staff needs, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $23/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • About to work at 6hours minimum a day (Between 7am-5pm) 
  • Located in Plattsburgh, New York

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administrative Excellence: Managing professional correspondence with high-level email etiquette and maintaining organized spreadsheets in Excel.
  • Employee Advocacy: Serving as a confidential point of contact for staff needs. You’ll handle sensitive information with extreme discretion and approach employee concerns with genuine empathy.
  • Project Ownership: Taking the lead on "small-but-mighty" projects—from streamlining office workflows to organizing internal events.
  • Organizational Support: Keeping the office on track through meticulous note-taking during meetings and maintaining digital/physical filing systems.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tech-Savvy: A strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and impeccable grammar.
  • People-First: Naturally friendly and approachable. You understand that HR-related tasks require a balance of professional boundaries and sincere care.
  • Task-Driven: See a "to-do" list as a challenge and enjoy the satisfaction of checking off boxes.
  • Detailed: Catches the small mistakes and keeps the most organized notes in the room.
  • Availability: Ability to work at least 6 hours per day.
  • Experience: Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus, but we value discretion and emotional intelligence above all else.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
