HIRING IMMEDIATELY: STAFF ACCOUNTANT IN WARRENVILLE, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Staff Accountant to join our team in Warrenville, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting clients with day-to-day accounting functions, financial reporting, tax preparation, and general bookkeeping activities. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $25–$35/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule
  • Located in Warrenville, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements and supporting schedules
  • Assist with individual and business tax preparation
  • Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
  • Process journal entries and month-end close activities
  • Support payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions as needed
  • Assist with audits, reviews, and client financial reporting requests
  • Communicate with clients regarding financial documents and accounting inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm procedures

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • 1+ years of accounting experience preferred (public accounting experience is a plus)
  • Knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • CPA track or CPA eligibility is a plus
