Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $30/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Plainfield, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring the accurate and safe functioning of equipment and machinery.
Demonstrating a proficient skillset in diagnosing issues and maintaining mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
Effectively repairing or substituting components on malfunctioning machinery.
Adhering to and executing a rigorous Preventative Maintenance schedule and associated tasks.
Willingly providing facility and custodial services on an as-needed basis.
Proficiently diagnosing machine issues and identifying potential machine failures.
Executing all tasks within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) following strict protocols for Work Order completion, documentation, and time reporting.
Skillfully communicating concise technical descriptions of diagnoses, failures, and components.
Competently interacting with the Inventory system to manage spare parts, ensuring accuracy in inventory maintenance and monitoring.
Conducting repairs or replacements on malfunctioning machinery and equipment.
Carrying out minor to moderate machining tasks, including turning, drilling, tapping, threading, and cutting.
Demonstrating the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and effectively following directions.
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or relevant work experience.
Competency with various computer and mobile applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
Ability to operate hand, power and specialized tooling.
Experience with industrial systems, automation electronics, formal training/certification preferred.
Experience with resistance welding equipment, hydraulic presses, sewing machines strongly preferred.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electronic prints, diagrams, schematics, manuals, etc.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Math skills that would include the ability to convert units of measure as an example.
