HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR IN ROSEVILLE, CA 
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Control Supervisor to join our team in Roseville, California. This individual will be responsible for achieving and maintaining high product standards by assuring all production facility processes and equipment meet food safety and quality specifications. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to read and comprehend technical procedure manuals for product testing, ability to communicate effectively and lead others in a fast-paced workplace, and much more below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $40.93-$45/hour

  • Located in Roseville, California

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Quality Oversight: Oversee that all product testing and inspections are completed, documented, and maintained according to the Master Schedule.
  • Compliance: Ensure the cleanliness and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance of all production areas while working alongside the team to maintain a sanitized and orderly facility.
  • Equipment Verification: Assuring all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained to ensure food safety and product quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in monitoring quality deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
  • Leadership: Lead daily departmental start-up meetings with a focus on attention to detail and continual process improvement.
  • Accountability: Meet or exceed quality expectations set by the QA Supervisor.
  • Safety & Training: Ensure all safety policies are followed and that the team is trained in food safety protocols and proper chemical usage.
  • Communication: Work closely with production and sanitation teams to ensure quality standards are consistently maintained and communicated.
  • Cost Control: Monitor and control in-house product waste and equipment damage through associate awareness and discipline.
  • Documentation: Verify all required quality documentation is completed as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend technical procedure manuals for product testing, chemical mixing, and laboratory procedures.
  • Leadership: Ability to communicate effectively and lead others in a fast-paced workplace.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures such as chemical concentrations, percentages, and statistical variances in product specifications.
  • Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Environment: Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment with temperatures between 32°F and 36°F.
  • Physical Demands: Requires standing for up to 2 hours during an 8-hour shift and the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Schedule: Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and early morning shifts, with occasional overtime.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
