Job Description
- Starting at $34/hour

- Individual schedules are determined by volume and client needs. Weekend availability is required
- Located in Roseville, California
- Oversee daily operations of the Inventory Control department
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, production standards, and sanitation requirements
- Manage and maintain cycle count program accuracy and integrity
- Create and re-profile pick locations for new items as needed
- Run and analyze inventory reports, including: Pick HitsLost in Cycle CountExpiration Management, Adjustments, Process transfer orders (TOs), return-to-vendor (RTVs), and dispositions (dump/destroy)
- Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot inventory discrepanciesInvestigate purchase order discrepancies and perform other analytical research as required
- Operate forklifts as needed
- Perform quality assurance checks, including code date verification and spot checks
- Track and report employee errors; complete incident and discrepancy reportsMaintain overall inventory integrity across the facility
- Support the Control Center as needed
- Assign daily tasks, manage schedules, break periods, work hours, and vacation coverage
- Conduct employee evaluations in accordance with HR policies
- Support warehouse supervisors and associates with policies, procedures, and job responsibilities
- Address customer concerns and review discrepancy reports to support resolution and client satisfaction
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Work closely with staff to ensure quality and productivity standards are consistently met
- Must be flexible and able to work any shift based on business needs
- Strong communication skills and ability to self-direct and implement inventory control programs under the Inventory Control Manager
- High level of computer literacy and Warehouse Management System (WMS) proficiency
- Warehouse supervision experience preferred; wholesale distribution experience strongly preferred
- Some college-level education or equivalent warehouse leadership experience (minimum 2 years supervising in a warehouse environment preferred)
- Computer SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with WMS systems required
- Reasoning Ability
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a computer
- Ability to climb stairs and move throughout a warehouse environment
