Job Description
- Starting at $90,000-$120,000

- Located in Waukegan, Illinois
- Deliver accurate and timely business intelligence to support Supply Chain and SIOP functions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to forecast accuracy, inventory health, supplier performance, and production efficiency
- Own SIOP reporting and provide weekly/monthly updates highlighting gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Analyze historical and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support monthly forecasting cycles and scenario planning initiatives
- Maintain and improve databases, reporting tools, and data models to support decision-making
- Validate ERP/MRP master data including routings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Act as a gatekeeper for master data accuracy and change management processes
- Track and measure KPIs related to operational efficiency, inventory alignment, and forecasting performance
- Partner with Planning, Operations, and Sourcing teams to identify and quantify operational improvements and supply risks
- Work closely with Planning and Commercial teams to align demand forecasts with operational capabilities
- Support strategic vendor analysis and sourcing initiatives
- Participate in benchmarking and continuous improvement initiatives to support world-class supply chain operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Management, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
- Equivalent work experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing operations, or business analytics
- 2+ years of experience supporting SIOP planning and forecasting processes
- Experience with demand forecasting, inventory analysis, production planning, or operational analytics
- Familiarity with packaging or contract manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, SUMIFS, etc.)
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Navision or similar platforms
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting and trend analysis techniques
- Familiarity with SharePoint and collaborative reporting tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally
- Traditional office environment with standard noise levels
