HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BILINGUAL RECEPTIONIST IN HOUSTON, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team in Houston, Texas. This individual will be responsible for answering incoming calls cheerfully and transferring them to the correct department or individual, greeting visitors and maintaining a professional presence, ensuring coffee is made within the office, addressing dishes/dishwasher before the end of day, keeping office items well stocked, and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be dependable and punctual, will have professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle routine clerical work. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $18.00 - 20.00 / hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Located in Houston, Texas

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming calls cheerfully and transfer them to the correct department or individual efficiently.
  • Front Desk Coverage: Greet visitors and maintain a professional presence at the front desk throughout the day.
  • Daily Tasks: Ensure coffee is made within the office, address dishes/dishwasher before the end of day, keep office items well stocked. 
  • Administrative Support: Complete administrative duties as assigned (e.g., sorting mail, light data entry, filing).

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Dependable and punctual with a strong attendance record.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a welcoming demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry). 
  • Ability to handle routine clerical work.
