Job Description

- Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (First Shift)
- Located in Houston, Texas
- Inbound & Outbound Engagement: Serve as the frontline contact handling phone-based inquiries and outreach to resolve client matters efficiently.
- Account Navigation: Walk clients through their account details, explaining services and updates with clarity.
- Conflict Resolution: Utilize strong de-escalation techniques to handle sensitive or challenging client scenarios calmly and professionally.
- Written Correspondence: Draft clear, professional emails to coordinate with internal departments and respond to external clients.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our workflows and services to provide accurate, reliable support.
- Autonomy & Teamwork: Drive individual daily metrics independently while contributing positively to the overall team dynamic.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Call Center Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of dedicated experience working in a high-volume call center or contact center environment.
- Recent History: Must have held a professional customer care or call center role within the last 2-3 years to ensure familiar, up-to-date industry skills.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal articulation and professional written communication skills.
- Proven ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
