Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Sanitation Supervisor to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for leading and supervising sanitation operations, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, maintaining sanitation standards, and overseeing sanitation personnel in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess prior sanitation leadership experience, strong knowledge of food safety regulations, and the ability to effectively manage sanitation teams while maintaining compliance with SQF, GMP, FDA, and OSHA standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $27/hour

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise, train, and support sanitation team members
  • Assign and prioritize daily sanitation tasks and responsibilities
  • Conduct and document Pre-Operational Inspections
  • Perform micro swab testing, titrations, and equipment calibration procedures
  • Monitor employee scheduling and time tracking compliance
  • Manage inventories of chemicals, sanitation supplies, and cleaning equipment
  • Ensure proper operation and maintenance of floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and foaming units
  • Enforce compliance with SQF, GMP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA standards
  • Maintain sanitation records and documentation accurately
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to food safety and sanitation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to meet operational needs

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of sanitation supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong knowledge of SQF, GMP, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements
  • Experience with chemical applications, titrations, and sanitation procedures
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook) required
  • Experience with TraceGains preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work independently and adjust schedules as business needs require
  • Forklift experience preferred
