The Inventory Control Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, conducting analytical research, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with inventory management processes within a SAP warehouse management environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $20.75/hour

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and report on the Just-In-Time (JIT) Cycle Count Program.
- Communicate JIT cycle count results to vendors and follow up as necessary.
- Obtain driver signatures on delivery logs and related documentation.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports, including: Pick Hits, Lost in Cycle Count Reports, and more.
- Maintain and organize all Transfer Order documentation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues through troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Conduct purchase order (PO) discrepancy research and other analytical investigations.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) audits and spot checks for product code dates and expiration compliance.
- Monitor and maintain inventory integrity and accuracy.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and early morning shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage challenging assignments.
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and external contacts in a professional manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including reasoning, negotiation, instruction, persuasion, and communication.
- Working knowledge of warehouse and distribution center operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP/Gold Stock Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
- Strong inventory management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
