Job Description
- Ranging from $20/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 8 am - 5 pm | Monday - Friday
- Located in Hialeah, FL
- Process import documentation using the ASCI program
- Prepare and process inbound shipment documents, including ISF filings and 214, 3461, and 7501 entries for our FTZ zone
- Create new inventory items and maintain accurate records by updating missing or pending information
- Classify inventory and maintain HTS codes to support import and export compliance
- Review and update purchase orders with ETD and ETA details as needed
- Track and monitor the status of all inbound shipments
- Process inbound receiving, adjustments, transfers and keep communication with warehouse
- Maintain weekly files and payment records for 3461 and 7501 duty processing
- Communicate with factories and vendors about shipment updates and changes
- Coordinate with freight forwarders to obtain quotes for inbound shipments
- Organize and maintain digital files in Doc-Link
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently
- Respond to and manage daily email communications
- Assist Dept with creating and sending new PO to our vendors, update ETD and ETA as needed
- Inbound file creation and updates for end of month reporting as needed
- Coordinate air shipments via fed ex
- Update reports daily for inbounds
- Training offered on site upon start date
- High School Graduate a must, some college is acceptable
- Bilingual skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, including functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Strong computer navigation and systems skills
- Ability to create and update Excel reports using existing data
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and support the department as needed
- Quick learner who adapts efficiently to new procedures
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
- Ability to work effectively in an open office environment
- Basic knowledge of U.S. Customs import regulations is preferred
- Ability to work independently
- Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of departmental tasks
- Strong work ethic with the initiative to take ownership and continue growing professionally
