Job Description
- Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly

- Located in Brighton, CO
- Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools
- Perform routine preventative maintenance to keep building systems and equipment operating efficiently
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with problem-solving
- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment throughout the facility
- Assist with planning and scheduling routine maintenance and establishing work priorities with management
- Complete required paperwork and documentation for equipment repairs and maintenance tasks
- Inspect equipment, structures, and materials as needed
- Safely operate and follow instructions for warehouse and maintenance equipment
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area at all times
- Assist with general housekeeping and facility upkeep
- Safely lift, bend, climb, and move materials as required
- Identify safety concerns and potential cost-saving opportunities
- Promote a safe work environment through personal actions and adherence to company policies
- Follow MHE operations, safe driving, safe lifting, and equipment check-out procedures
- Maintain a working knowledge of equipment operator manuals
- Work collaboratively with coworkers and interact professionally with all levels of management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certifications and experience
- Previous experience repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting equipment required
- Building and construction experience preferred
- Must be certified and able to operate an Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, and Reach Truck
- Knowledge of MSDS requirements preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage difficult or changing assignments
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers and respond appropriately to direction and feedback
- Ability to read and understand numbers, labels, and equipment information
- Ability to work in a fast-paced Distribution Center environment
