HIRING IMMEDIATELY: PROJECT MANAGER IN ELGIN, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Project Manager to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for project oversight, client communication, field leadership, and more listed below. The ideal candidate will possess 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, restoration, or carpentry and proven track record of managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $85,000-$100,000 
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Full time schedule 
  • Located in Elgin, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Plan, execute, and close out residential and commercial restoration projects on time and within budget.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors throughout each project.
  • Field Leadership: Leverage hands-on construction or carpentry experience to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
  • Estimating: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates using Xactimate and Symbility software, ensuring compliance with insurance and industry pricing.
  • Team Management: Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure smooth execution and minimal downtime.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues that could impact timelines or outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction, restoration, or carpentry.
  • Software: Proficient in Xactimate and Symbility.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple restoration projects simultaneously.
  • Problem Solving: Strong decision-making skills with the ability to adapt to changing project demands.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Certifications: IICRC and OSHA certifications preferred.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel throughout the Chicagoland area (approximately 80%).
