HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MAINTENANCE PROJECT SUPERVISOR IN HARTFORD, CT
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Maintenance Project Supervisor to join our team in Hartford, Connecticut. This individual will be responsible for taking a pro-active approach to executing and completing company projects and tasks using independent judgement and decision-making skills. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $47,500/year
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • Monday - Friday
  • Located in Hartford, Connecticut

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist the Maintenance GM/Regional Manager, with overseeing warehouse schedules to ensure proper staffing levels across all shifts.
  • Assist the Maintenance GM/Regional Manager, to establish project updates listing procedures for the verification of equipment and project related task including maintenance of warehouse inventories. 
  • Assist the Maintenance GM/Regional Manager, with keeping up with the processes for system and records control
  • Assist the Maintenance GM/Regional Manager with all aspects of employee safety and general training
  • Manages vendor’s functions to ensure timely resolution of all client issues.
  • Update of project plans as needed to include contact with those responsible for the various needs of each project.
  • Coordinate releases of updates, including expediting of approvals, updating schedules to customers, expediting and coordinating plan updates between logistics, warehouse and vendors to ensure on time performance and completion of projects.
  • Execute accurate utilizing software and process affecting projects by all staff tasked with any areas of projects.
  • Proactively produce various reports to customers of project and its updates throughout project period.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 2-3 years’ experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Company's products and services
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong computer skills required, i.e., MS Office, Excel
  • Must be able to interact with all levels of management and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Must be able to manage and lead a diverse workforce
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a distribution center environment with a variation of temperatures.
  • Ability to safely work around/with heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts) in a high paced environment.
