HIRING IMMEDIATELY: FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN OAK CREEK, WI
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Forklift Operator to join our team in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This individual will be responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and documentation of all materials within the warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum 2 years of forklift operation in a high-volume warehouse, valid OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Certification, and more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $22/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 2pm to 10:30pm
  • Located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to load and unload trailers, move palletized goods to designated storage areas, and stage products for outbound shipment.
  • Inventory Tracking: Utilize handheld RF scanners to record the movement of goods, ensuring that all bin locations are updated accurately in real-time.
  • Shipping & Receiving Documentation: Perform data entry tasks on warehouse computers to verify packing slips, generate shipping labels, and update the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Quality Control: Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting issues immediately through digital reporting channels.
  • Safety & Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-operational safety inspections on equipment and maintain a clean, organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of forklift operation in a high-volume warehouse
  • Valid OSHA-compliant Forklift Operator Certification
  • Proficiency in basic computer functions (Windows/Office) and WMS software.
  • Hardware Proficiency
  • Demonstrated experience using RF scanners and thermal label printers.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
