Job Description
- Starting at $62,000 - $65,000 (+bonus potential)

- Located in Brighton, Colorado
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of supervisors and clerical associates within the shipping, receiving, and customer service departments.
- Support the Operations Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining departmental work schedules and staffing plans.
- Recommend personnel actions including hiring, retention, promotion, transfer, disciplinary action, and termination.
- Assign job duties and coordinate employee schedules, including work hours, break periods, vacations, and time-off requests.
- Conduct performance evaluations for clerical and customer service employees in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Train supervisors and associates on warehouse policies, departmental procedures, systems, and job responsibilities.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment necessary to support warehouse operations.
- Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all deliveries, receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Manage the investigation and resolution of inventory discrepancies, reporting errors, and data entry issues.
- Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
- Respond to customer concerns, review discrepancy reports, and resolve issues in a professional manner to maintain strong client relationships.
- Approve employee timecards, attendance records, time-off requests, and other departmental personnel requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment while ensuring adherence to sanitation and housekeeping standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to office operations, inventory accuracy, reporting, and customer service processes.
- College-level education is preferred.
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in office management, data entry management, warehouse administration, or related operational support roles.
- Experience within warehouse distribution, logistics, wholesale grocery, retail grocery, or supply chain environments preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to implement and manage operational programs and procedures.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and data reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.
- Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in personnel and operational matters.
