- Overnight B shift, Thursday- Sunday 7PM-7AM
- Located in Sugarland, Texas
- Receive, inspect, label, store, and organize incoming materials in designated areas while maintaining clean, compliant, and audit-ready storage conditions.
- Coordinate the movement of materials between receiving, storage areas, production lines, and other functional departments to support daily operations.
- Perform cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits while monitoring reorder points, lot numbers, expiration dates, and FIFO usage.
- Restock PPE, cleanroom, and operational supplies including gloves, masks, bouffant caps, shoe covers, lab coats, gowns, boots, and related materials.
- Support gowning exchange, dirty garment scanning, bagging, staging, pickup verification, and redistribution of returned garments as needed.
- Communicate low stock risks, material shortages, inventory discrepancies, and process issues to management and support continuous improvement efforts.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer proficiency in Excel, barcode scanners, and inventory management systems with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, receiving, manufacturing, supply chain, or cleanroom operations preferred.
- Familiarity with PPE requirements, cleanroom protocols, safety procedures, and chemical handling is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, follow procedures, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb stairs, and handle materials throughout the shift, including extended periods of movement across storage and production areas.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials, boxes, totes, and inventory items up to 50 pounds independently and safely.
- Ability to move palletized materials, assist with pallets, and push or pull loaded carts, pallet jacks, or similar material handling equipment as required by operations.
- Ability to work in manufacturing, warehouse, and cleanroom environments with exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, lubricants, and changing temperatures, while wearing required PPE and cleanroom gowning when applicable.
