Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Office Manager to join our team in Roseville, California. This individual will be responsible for providing managerial and operational support for all of the clerical and data entry needs of the warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator, extremely high level of computer and WMS system literacy, and college level training with a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the areas of office or data entry management with some experience in the wholesale or retail grocery industry preferred. Pay, Schedule, and Location

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manages and coordinates the activities of the supervisors and clerical associates in the shipping, receiving, and customer service departments of the warehouse.
  • Supports the Operations Manager by assisting in the design and implementation of the workschedules for these departments
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer or dismissal of workers
  • Assigns duties to workers and schedules break periods, work hours, and vacations. Schedules and performs periodic evaluations on all clerical and customer service employees as dictated by the appropriate HR policies.
  • Trains supervisors and associates in warehouse policies, departmental procedures, and job duties.
  • Orders supplies and equipment for the entire warehouse as needed.
  • Manages the accurate recording of deliveries and shipments into the system.
  • Manages the investigation of all reports of discrepancies and data entry errors.
  • Designs, and prepares daily and monthly reports as needed by corporate and the General Manager
  • Listens to customer complaints, examines discrepancy reports, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations with the client.
  • Approves timecards, time off requests, and all other employee requests in these departments
  • Overall responsibility for the management of good sanitation practices throughout the warehouse offices.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can implement and manage all warehouse distribution programs as directed by corporate and the Operations Manager.
  • Extremely high level of computer and WMS system literacy. 
  • College level training with a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ experience in the areas of office or data entry management with some experience in the wholesale or retail grocery industry preferred.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at a time.
  • Must be able to work standing up or sitting down for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to traverse and access all areas of a warehouse environment.
  • Must be able to work in a Distribution Center environment with a variation of temperatures.
