- Located in Tampa, Florida
- Develop and execute a scalable integration playbook to successfully incorporate newly acquired businesses while maintaining business continuity.
- Lead integration efforts across people, processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Coordinate activities across multiple facilities to align production capacity, operational processes, reporting, accountability, and execution.
- Assess and improve operating processes and reporting structures to enhance visibility, decision-making, and organizational performance.
- Partner with executive leadership, including Finance and Operations leaders, to evaluate existing reporting capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Document facility-level processes, systems, workflows, and organizational responsibilities.
- Create and implement a roadmap to support enterprise-wide reporting, operational oversight, and performance management.
- Provide recommendations to strengthen collaboration and communication between sales, project management, operations, and installation teams.
- Drive accountability and consistency across facilities through standardized metrics, reporting, and operational best practices.
- Facilitate change management initiatives and ensure alignment among stakeholders throughout integration efforts.
- Travel to operating facilities as needed to support assessments, implementation, and integration activities.
- Prior experience in an operational leadership role within a custom manufacturing environment.
- Proven success leading cross-functional organizations and driving execution across operations, finance, and business functions.
- Demonstrated experience integrating multi-site operations, including standardization of processes, reporting, accountability, and operational execution.
- Experience leading mergers and acquisitions (M&A) integrations, including alignment of people, processes, systems, and organizational structures.
- Strong process improvement, organizational design, and operational transformation experience.
- Ability to analyze complex operational environments and develop practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in consulting, operational transformation, business integration, or organizational effectiveness roles.
- Background supporting private equity-backed organizations or high-growth manufacturing environments.
- Experience developing enterprise reporting frameworks and operational KPI dashboards.
