Pay, Schedule, and Location

- Located in San Bernardino, California
Duties and Responsibilities
- Project Coordination — Lead departmental and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. Build timelines, assign responsibilities, and track progress against milestones.
- Operational Follow-Through — Conduct regular check-ins with project teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Cross-Functional Representation — Represent the department in meetings, initiatives, and field activities.
- Training Support — Assist leadership with developing and delivering training programs, schedules, materials, and follow-ups.
- Departmental Coverage — Provide coverage across multiple functions including invoice processing, reconciliations, accounting reports, training, and other duties as assigned.
- Reporting & Documentation — Prepare accurate, timely reports, audits, and presentations.
- On-Site Support — Travel as needed to support rollouts or represent the department.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Organizational Strength — Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Project Management — Demonstrated ability to coordinate timelines, drive execution, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Advanced Excel — Intermediate to advanced proficiency required for tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Communication — Clear, professional communication with stakeholders at all levels.
- Leadership — Ability to guide and support team members.
- Training Development — Skilled in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Document Control — Strong ability to manage and maintain accurate documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, project management, data analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–2 years of project management experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods.
- Ability to traverse all areas of a warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures within a distribution center.
- Ability to safely work around heavy moving equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, clamps, scissor lifts).
