Job Description

- Provide administrative support to the Engineering and Technical Departments
- Review engineering drawings, change orders, and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Release engineering drawings and change orders
- Create and maintain Material Masters and Bills of Material (BOM) in SAP S/4HANA
- Process Product Statements of Requirements (PSOR), Engineering Change Notices (ECN), Engineering Release Notices (ERN), and test reports
- Resolve documentation discrepancies with engineering and document originators
- Maintain and organize technical documents, ensuring formatting and content remain current
- Review and distribute Incident Reports and Field Alerts
- Manage the TAM Tech Forum website and Engineering SharePoint sites
- Maintain engineering files and department records
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, report generation, and office supply ordering
- Complete additional duties as assigned
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in the oil & gas or engineering industry is preferred
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings
- Experience organizing or managing technical documentation
- Familiarity with database concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, correspondence, and technical documents
- Advanced experience with SAP S/4HANA, including Material Master and BOM applications
- Beginner-level knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with computer networks and email systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic math skills, including percentages, ratios, and interpreting graphs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, and use hands as needed throughout the workday
- Must have the vision abilities necessary to perform detailed document review and computer work
