HIRING IMMEDIATELY: QUALITY ASSURANCE INSPECTOR IN ELGIN, IL
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Elgin, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for inspecting products and components to ensure they meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Inspector will perform detailed inspections, document findings, and work closely with production teams to maintain the highest level of product quality. The ideal candidate will possess previous quality inspection experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately read and interpret inspection documentation. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Starting at $20 to $22/hour, paid weekly
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 1st shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
  • Located in Elgin, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Verify products meet specifications, tolerances, and customer requirements
  • Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and inspection documentation
  • Utilize measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify product quality
  • Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
  • Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Previous Quality Assurance or Quality Control inspection experience preferred
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, or similar inspection equipment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Basic computer and documentation skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive inspection tasks
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
