Job Description
- Starting at $21 to $23/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Full time; Monday through Friday, 7 am to 4 pm
- Located in Arlington, TX
- Create and maintain project job packets and associated documentation.
- Enter and update project information within company systems, including project records, documentation, and SharePoint files.
- Process project change orders and ensure all records are updated accurately.
- Coordinate project schedules, service tickets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Attend customer, contractor, and internal project meetings as needed.
- Track project action items, punch lists, and status updates.
- Create, update, and print cable labels, floor plans, and project documentation.
- Prepare and distribute submittals, Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, closeout packages, as-built drawings, test results, and more.
- Coordinate permits, site access requirements, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain project records, job folders, archives, and distribution lists.
- Create purchase orders and update project records accordingly.
- Process material orders for projects and service requests.
- Track shipments, delivery schedules, and material availability.
- Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
- Manage vehicle stock inventory, including ordering, replenishment, and recordkeeping.
- Track company tools and maintain sign-in/sign-out logs.
- Assist with billing support and invoice documentation.
- Process revenue transfers and billable order adjustments.
- Manage travel requests, per diem documentation, and expense receipt collection.
- Generate reports and assist with project-related administrative functions.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Knowledge of PMI project management principles or project coordination methodologies.
- Experience supporting construction, structured cabling, low voltage, telecommunications, or technology infrastructure projects.
- Experience working with project management software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and project documentation management.
