HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CARGO HANDLER IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TX

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Cargo Handler to join our team in Grand Prairie, TX. This individual will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy and workplace safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess previous warehouse, cargo handling, or logistics experience, strong attention to detail and reliability, and much more listed below. Pay, Schedule, and Location

  • $19.24/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision 
  • Located in Grand Prairie, Texas 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Load and/or unload retail merchandise from trucks, containers, and pallets. Trailers come in floor loaded
  • Move products safely using manual pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
  • Sort, label, and organize cargo for storage or shipment.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies.
  • Prepare products for distribution according to company procedures.
  • Follow all safety regulations and warehouse operating procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards..
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and supervisors to meet shipping deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, cargo handling, or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
