HIRING IMMEDIATELY: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN OAK CREEK, WI
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Oak Creek, WI. This role provides clerical and operational support for shipment bookings, including data entry, documentation, shipment tracking, and communication with internal teams and external contacts.Apply today to kickstart your career! 

Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • $26/hour
  • Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
  • 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm to 12:00am 
  • Day Shift Hybrid: Monday and Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 6:00am to 7:00pm
  • Night Shift Hybrid: Monday and Friday 7:00pm to 6:00am, Saturday and Sunday 6:00pm to 7:00am
  • Located in Oak Creek, Wisconsin 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain shipment, customer, and service-provider information in approved systems
  • Support document collection, validation, indexing, scanning, filing, and record management
  • Manage shipment booking activities from booking instructions through confirmed capacity and operational handoff
  • Monitor shipment timing, routing, capacity, and issues while following established procedures
  • Communicate booking status, capacity constraints, timing changes, and shipment issues to appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist with shipment tracking, status checks, reports, and follow-up activities
  • Monitor shared queues, email boxes, and reports, and route items to the appropriate Agent, Lead, or Supervisor
  • Prepare documents, update logs, research missing information, and organize records
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, or inaccurate information and escalate issues as needed
  • Follow written procedures, security requirements, and confidentiality standards
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and approved external contacts
  • Meet productivity, quality, attendance, and schedule expectations
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior clerical, administrative, transportation, warehouse, customer service, or logistics experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive work accurately
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, web-based applications, and data-entry systems
  • Ability to follow written instructions, learn new processes, and manage priorities
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Dependable attendance and ability to consistently work the assigned schedule, including overnight or weekend hours when applicable
  • Ability to protect confidential business, customer, and shipment information
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
