As Chief Branding Officer and Owner of Accurate Personnel, Jaimie Rios is the driving force behind the company’s brand identity and creative vision. She built the marketing department from the ground up, defined its strategic direction, and established the foundation of its branding and design. She also created the company’s current logo and authored the core values that continue to shape Accurate’s culture and guide its growth today. Her leadership focuses on building a powerful, recognizable brand and aligning marketing strategy with long-term expansion and industry impact.

Beyond her corporate leadership, she is actively involved in charitable organizations close to her heart, including GiGi’s Playhouse, where her connection is deeply personal as a mother of a child with Down syndrome, as well as the Humanitarian Services Project, supporting their missions of empowerment, inclusion, and community impact.
