Job Description
- $23.46-$29.32/hour
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

- Lead complex projects from initial planning through implementation while serving as the primary project advocate and point of communication
- Provide operational and project support, ensuring project scope, timelines, resources, milestones, and requirements are clearly understood and met
- Manage project resources and finances, including monitoring and reporting hours against budgets when applicable
- Lead working group meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes, while tracking and following up on action items
- Support proposal development, including project execution plans, estimates, compilation, and timely delivery
- Support the Growth team in achieving departmental goals and provide tactical assistance to implement growth strategies
- Track strategies within the growth business pipeline and develop monthly reports to communicate progress to the Chief Growth Officer
- Build and maintain strong cross-departmental relationships to support leadership and business objectives
- Proactively identify, escalate, and help resolve pressing business issues while identifying potential solutions
- Train and assist lower-level employees as needed
- Support policies, procedures, workflows, and internal and external audits
- Contribute to departmental goals, process improvement initiatives, and the annual business plan, along with other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of coordination experience required; 4+ years preferred or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across departments
- Ability to proactively identify challenges and communicate potential solutions to leadership
- Ability to provide training and support to lower-level employees
- Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations and company policies
